Description
Titanium Billiard Ferrules
Our titanium billiard ferrules cater to Snooker, English Pool, and Chinese Pool cues. Unlike our competitors, we thread our ferrules for several reasons.
Competitors often use a harder grade of titanium, making machining difficult even with a lathe, resulting in marks that are challenging to remove from the ferrule.
Non-threaded ferrules require a tight fit and adhesive bonding, which restricts timber movement. This limitation can cause noise in the shaft due to climate-induced wood expansion.
Threaded Titanium Billiard Ferrules provide a tighter fit and offer a surface for adhesive application, preventing movement issues observed with non-threaded ferrules. This design also enhances cue playability with optimized tapers and reduces deflection due to their lighter weight compared to brass ferrules.
Additionally, these ferrules maintain consistent diameter over time, unlike brass ferrules that change with tip replacements, providing a significant advantage.
