Description
This English pool cue is 55” and crafted by Peradon in England from the highest grade, kiln-dried, North American Ash and Ebony.
The ash is carefully selected for its strength and straightness before the finest genuine Ebony butt timber is spliced to the cue by hand, creating the distinctive four round point pattern of a hand-spliced cue.
Four decorative Thuya Burr splices with Yellow veneers are then hand-spliced to the Ebony butt.
On this cue, the shaft is fitted with the female section of the joint, while the butt is fitted with the male. This clever design allows the player to remove the 16” butt section and screw the 6” mini butt (supplied with the cue) directly into the shaft.
This creates a 45” cue for those occasional awkward shots in restricted spaces. The butt of the cue is also fitted with a ‘quick action’ butt end joint, which can also accept the 6” mini butt supplied with the cue. This extends the cue to 61”, making it easier to use on shots that require a rest.
The butt is finished with a Peradon Venom name disc. This cue features a solid brass ferrule and an 8 to 8½mm Elkmaster tip.
